WHISTLER

The drive over to Whistler then Vancouver was one of the most picturesque to date. We passed through Seton Portage which has snow capped mountains, waterfalls, creeks, rivers and lakes with an interesting drive winding up and down the mountains and following the water courses.

We stopped briefly in Whistler, which is similar to other alpine ski resorts, eventually arriving in Vancouver about 5pm. We are camping in the Capilano RV Park in North Vancouver which is ideally situated just beneath the Lions Gate Bridge and close to a big shopping mall (which takes you to Stanley Park).
