BANFF NATIONAL PARK

After leaving Drumheller we drove to Banff where we stayed for 3 nights in the Tunnel Mountain Campground. We drove to Johnson’s Lake, Jake and Minnawanka Lakes and spent the rest of the day exploring the city. It is a spectacular place where the mountains totally surround the city. The Park has lots of wildlife including black bears, grizzlies, cougars, wolves, deer and elk. So far we have only seen deer and elk.
